Dear Dr. Mark:
This letter of thanks is extremely overdue. Please excuse the lateness of my letter.

I am not sure if you ever wonder what happened to me or how things turned out after we left Michigan. You and your wonderful staff cross my mind frequently. Usually, this happens when someone comments on what a beautiful smile I have. A couple of weeks ago, a woman was gushing over my dental work and remarked that I must be married to a dentist or have one in the family because my teeth were so incredible. Whenever this happens, I reply that after an accident I was lucky enough to live near the very best providers in their respective fields. If the opportunity arises, I share how my team of dedicated and caring doctors spent countless hours discussing my case and the treatment plan to return my smile.

Once we settled in Louisiana, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Mike Malone, D.D.S., who kept an eye on our work himself. He was intrigued with the procedures that you had all performed. My new dental provider is very impressed with my dental work as well and is now keeping an eye on things. The most I've had to have done are cleanings!

Please share my thanks with Joyce, Sue, Patty, Kim and Amy in your office. Their patience, care and understanding helped me more than any of them could know. Also, if you could let Carlos and Dr. Luis Perez know that everything has turned out and remained fine, I would appreciate it.

Words cannot express the gratitude that we as parents and community members have regarding you and your staff.

While we take great pride in the hard work that allowed us to be who we are today, there are still things that we as parents cannot accomplish.

I have been seeing Dr. Mark Williamson as my dentist for many years. He is extremely thorough and meticulous with each procedure. He talks you through everything he's doing even if it is something routine.

Dr. Mark was my son and daughter's first and only dentist as toddlers and they continued with his dental services through their college years. When he moved from Troy to Flushing years ago we stayed with him. Now I drive eighty (yes 80!) miles one way to visit his office because I am so extremely happy with his care. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He and his staff are outstanding; they are like family. His staff is as dedicated to his patients as they are to him.

We love his staff and his care is exceptional!
